This is a chance to nominate a teacher, administrator or arts advocate whose leadership has impacted their school, district and community.
When nominating please make sure to select the correct category and subject for your nominee.
Please complete the form below, providing as much information as you can about the person you are nominating. We request a minimum of 150 words and the form will accept a maximum of 1,400
characters (approximately 210 words) for each question.

Award winners will be announced on Friday, December 4, 2026
