"More Than Just a Game" to wyjątkowe wydarzenie o charakterze akademickim organizowane przez Centre for Commercial Law Studies Uniwersytetu Queen Mary University of London, które odbywa się co roku w Londynie i porusza tematy będące połączeniem gier, rozrywki interaktywnej i prawa. "On the Road" to cykl uzupełniający, który jest organizowany w różnych miastach Europy, tym razem po raz drugi w Warszawie.
Konferencja odbędzie się 9 marca 2023 r. na Wydziale Historii Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego, w Sali Kolumnowej. Prelegentami będą prawnicy specjalizujący się w prawie nowych technologii i prawie własności intelektualnej, w tym eksperci z polskich studiów tworzących gry oraz przedstawiciele branży gier wideo. Skupią się na prawnych i kulturowych aspektach branży gier wideo i rozrywki interaktywnej, kwestiach społecznych, autonomii branży i regulacjach technologii. Będzie to także świetna okazja do integracji i wzajemnej wymiany poglądów między osobami na co dzień pracującymi w branży gamedeveloperskiej, studentami jak i po prostu wszystkimi zainteresowanymi.

After 3 years Warsaw edition of 'More Than Just a Game: On the Road' conference is making a great comeback!
The second edition in Warsaw is organised by reputable Polish law offices: Rymarz Zdort Maruta and SSW Pragmatic Solutions, together with University of Warsaw Intellectual Property Students Association 'IP', courtesy of the Centre for Commercial Law Studies of the Queen Mary University of London.
'MTJG' is an unique set of academic-led conferences that is annually organised in London by
the Centre for Commercial Law Studies of the Queen Mary University of London. It is based on the connection between Games, Interactive Entertainment and Law. 'On the Road' series is a supplement, which is organized in different European cities, this year for the second time in Warsaw.
The conference will be held on March 9, 2023 at the Faculty of History of the University of Warsaw, in The Columned Hall. The speakers are lawyers specialized in the fields of new technology law and intellectual property law, including experts from Polish game development studios and the representatives of the video game industry. They will focus on the legal and cultural aspects of the video game industry and interactive entertainment, social issues, industry autonomy and the regulations of technology. It will also be a great opportunity for integration and a mutual exchange of views between people working in the game development industry on a daily basis, students and anyone interested in video games and/or law.
