Do you know an outstanding coach or mentor of a FIRST Lego League Challenge team in Maryland? We are now accepting nominations for the Adult and Youth Coach/Mentor Awards for the Submerged season.  Any coach or mentor affiliated with a FIRST Lego League Challenge team registered in the Maryland region is eligible whether the team qualifies for the State Tournament or not. 

Submissions are due by 6 pm Tuesday February 17th, 2026.

Nominations will be evaluated by the judging panel based on the answers to the provided questions.  The number of nominations received for a particular candidate is not an evaluation factor - we encourage teams to collaborate on a single, quality submission whenever possible!  

Winners will be announced at the State Championship Awards Ceremony, and do not need to be in attendance to win.
