We’re so excited that you’re joining an IYUN learning circle this season! The information in this form is used to help IYUN learn more about our participants and to make sure your educators are able to meet your needs. All information collected in this form will be shared by IYUN with your learning circle educator. The exception is the demographic information at the end, which is optional.

Your individual responses will be shared with the educator and organization hosting your IYUN circle. IYUN will not share your individual responses with any other organization.
