Any student at Carthage can fill this out.  If you'd like you can also reach out to our Instagram to contact our current rush chairs.  Rush is  open to second semester freshman and above, however we encourage first semester freshmen to fill this out as well so we can keep you updated on the fraternity's events throughout the year.
