Hi there! I'm Lisa Sabala and I founded 8point8, a Virtual Assistant Team.

I am looking for team members who can work from home. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 6 to 8 hours a day.

We have openings for the following positions:

📧 Email Marketing, Funnel / Automation Builders
🎨 Graphics Design / Audio-Video Editor

- has at least 20MBPS internet speed
- PC or laptop at least i5
- RAM at least 8GB
- willingness to learn new skills
- ability to easily comprehend and follow instructions
- an awesome, positive, and enthusiastic attitude

I need someone who is resourceful, easy to coach, able to follow instructions correctly, and has the initiative to solve problems if I am not available to reply right away. In short, I need a team player who is professional, a go-getter, does-it-without-excuses, and over delivers on promises. I work fast and I work with intent. I try not to micromanage so expect that I will coach you at first but I will give you more autonomy to figure things out for yourself. I feel that learning is best done that way. The starting hourly rate is 100 Philippine Pesos and increases as you grow your skills and stay longer with the team. However, I do my best to support my team and I find ways to reward them as often as I can if they are deserving. 8point8 is my main business and I want it to run smoothly by hiring people I can trust. Right now, I am proud to be working with a team of amazing people! You might just become one of us....

I don't want to have to babysit and keep following up on you if you have done your tasks as expected. I don't want to have to call you up if you don't login on time. The last thing I want is to micromanage your inability to focus on and complete your tasks. I also don't want to have to deal with no-shows, these are people who say they will be available and then aren't available all of sudden. I can understand family emergencies and health issues but believe it or not, I can tell if you are telling the truth or just making an excuse because you don't feel like working on a particular day. I have dealt with people like this a LOT over the years so I have already made a choice NOT to hire people who are like this anymore. They are a drain on my time. So, to save you the trouble...if you find this warning offensive, you are not the person I am looking for. I hope you find a client or employer elsewhere who is more suitable for you. These are the qualifications:

- Full-time Availability, 5 days a week Mon-Fri, 6 to 8 hours a day
- Must be familiar with web design apps/building (Wordpress, Squarespace, Wix, Kajabi, etc.)
- Must be familiar with Email Marketing Apps (Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Convertkit, etc.)
- Must have AWESOME personality and communicates well
- Preferably with Graphic Design, Video Editing, Podcast Editing and Content Writing experience

It's okay if you don't have ALL of the skills listed above. I am flexible and I love to coach my team. If you are the right candidate for this job, you will be learning a lot.

This job can start on a contractual basis but with the possibility of becoming regular and long-term work if we do a good job (and I'm sure we will).
