HDLVI Roster Change Request
Priority placement will be given to league roster teams with no added players. Changes to rosters may affect priority and seeding. All requests for roster changes will be reviewed by the HDLVI Tournament Committee prior to acceptance. Player additions will only be considered to allow a maximum of 8 players on the team roster. Teams will be notified if changes are accepted and if the change(s) affect a team's priority or seeding. 

If it is necessary to add any players to a league roster, the added player(s) must be from existing league (CBO, CYC, JAO, NAU, OCSA, SEYO) teams.  Roster information will be verified against official league records. Roster changes are assumed to be permanent for the tournament.  Repeated changes are not favorable and can change a team's placement and acceptance.

NOTE: Teams adding players after the tournament acceptance 5-day review period  will be assessed the following charges per player: $25 through June 15, $50 from June 16 - July 15, and $75 from July. 16 - August 1.  No changes will be allowed after August 1st.
