Board of Trustees Performance Priority Survey

At its annual meeting the board identifies its yearly priorities for improved performance. These priorities are informed by the president’s report, the administrative cabinet report and specific reports from Board committees. Areas of performance that are identified as “high priority” provide a basis for specific criteria for assessing Board performance from year to year. The results of the survey are shared with the Institutional Effectiveness Committee of the Board and the Board Chair prior to the discussion with the entire board.
