Friends of Cambridge Rindge and Latin School (FoCRLS) is seeking student, parent/guardian, and community member volunteers for our annual Scholarship Night Reception.  

Students will receive Community Service Hours for volunteering with FoCRLS.  Please be sure to fill in your forms and bring them to us to sign, either on Scholarship Night or to the FoCRLS office, Room 2136.  

The Friends of CRLS Scholarship Night Reception – which will take place on Thursday, May 18 from 5:00 to 5:45pm at CRLS – brings together sponsors, scholarship awardees and their families, and school and city leaders, recognizing sponsors' contributions and congratulating awardees and their families.

On Thursday, May 18, we will need students, parents/guardians, and community members to serve on the Scholarship Night Reception Committee in the following roles:
• Decoration and Set-up Crew Members (3:45 to 5:00)
• Guides (4:45 to 5:45) at main entrance to welcome sponsors and guests and lead them to Media Cafeteria
• Greeters (4:30 to 5:50) to welcome and sign in sponsors, awardees, and guests and help them with name tags
• Ambassadors (5:00 to 5:45) to mingle with and talk to sponsors and guests about the advantages and impact of CRLS/FoCRLS
• Clean-Up Crew Members (5:45 to 6:15)
