Tour Request Form
Thank you for your interest in a tour at the Minnesota African American Heritage Museum and Gallery (MAAHMG). Please complete and submit this form to request a tour and MAAHMG staff will get back to you via email to confirm and discuss details for your tour. We offer tours to schools, businesses and organizations that are interested in learning about Minnesota African American history, art and culture. Everyone is welcome!

Please SUBMIT a request no less than 72 hours prior to the date being requested for group tours. If for any reason you need to cancel your visit to the museum, please email us at: info@maahmg.org.

Tour groups are limited to up to 25 people at a time. MAAHMG is a small Museum. If your group is over 25 people, we will need to divide the group into smaller groups to accommodate the tour. Tours are approximately 45 minutes per group. Adjustments can be made for large groups and ages of the groups. Please plan appropriately as we are on the 4th floor of a business building. Email your questions to: info@maahmg.org. We are open for regular daily visits. Closed on Mondays and national holidays. Thank you.
If you are requesting a tour for youth, please select the grades that apply. Please let us know your groups reading level or ability. This will help us plan appropriately. 
If you are requesting a tour for youth, how many chaperons. teachers and/or support staff from your school or organization will be attending the tour? Chaperons must be with students during tour.
