Healthcare Scholarship Application - Shoreline Recovery Center
To submit your entry for the Shoreline Recovery Center Health Care Scholarship, please complete the following form. All submissions must include a personal essay (no more than 500 words) describing why you are passionate about health care, with a focus on substance use disorder and mental health treatment.

After all entries are reviewed, a winner will be selected for a $1,000 academic scholarship. All submissions must be received in their entirety by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on August 1, 2021. See the official rules for a complete list of terms and conditions.
