Use this form to nominate a young male or female referee for consideration for the 2024 PA West Young Male and Female Referees of the Year honor. Recipients will also be nominated for the US Youth Soccer East Region Young Male and Female Referees of the Year.

Nominees must be 18 years old or younger on the date of December 31, 2024. The deadline for nominations is July 15, 2024.

Nominees for the male and female Young PA West Referee of the Year awards are judged on their commitment to personal development, promotion of the game, and involvement in the community.
