Rent Ready Application

Application must be submitted prior to attending the RentReady Class. 

HPPP's RentReady Program DOES NOT provide immediate; short term; or emergency housing.

Misrepresentation, omission of pertinent facts and/or providing false information will result in your participation in this program being terminated.

RR Program admission requirements.

  • Verifiable income of at least $1500 per month
  • Income includes:  wages, disability, social security, SSI, child support, SNAP
  • NOT ON THE SEXUAL OFFENDER REGISTRY
  • No outstanding misdemeanor or felony charges

RentReady does not provide funds for rent or security deposit, however, we may be able to connect you with a local agency, for assistance.
