Rental Information:Space Size: 10 x 10 feet (Organization must provide their own tent.)
Equipment: Participants must provide their own tent and display. Tables and chairs can be rented in advance at a minimal cost. Camping is not permitted onsite.
Provided with registration: • Two (2) non-transferable Site Access Passes for Friday, four (4) non-transferable Site Access Passes for Saturday and four (4) for Sunday (Note: children 12 and under are free). • One (1) Vehicle Access Pass (Note: this is not a parking pass; it simply gives you vehicle access to the site for load in and out). Exhibitors are required to supervise their own space during hours of operation.
Cost:Total: $280 (incl. all taxes) ($250 Booth Fee + $30 Ticketing Service Charges )
Optional: Tables: 6’ tables @ $15 ea. / 8’ tables @ $18 ea. Additional Chairs: @ $5 ea.
