Dear Third Grade Families,

I am excited for the start of school and to meet your student. In order to help us prepare for this upcoming school year, I would like you to complete this Back to School form.  The following information will help with end of the day dismissal and most importantly getting to know your student.
Please note if you're picking up your student,  Grade 3 dismissal is at the back door of the school by Clifton Path.
