CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your retreat space for any reason, then you must let Emily know either by email or letter as soon as possible. Whilst we will try to be sympathetic, spaces are limited on this retreat. Deposits are non-refundable (unless the retreat is cancelled by the organiser or venue). Cancellations made up to four weeks before departure, 50% of payment will be refunded (excluding the deposit). Thereafter, refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the organiser. The cost of any plane or train ticket is your responsibility and you must take out your own travel insurance. Please sign your initials below to confirm you understand this. *
