Contract Terms
 Make cheque payable to Diwali Celebration Society
 Table cloths or other supplies will not be provided. Please bring your own.
 The Festival or its partners are not liable for loss or damage to any items.
 The vendor will be provided with at least one 6 or 8 foot long table and two chairs. All other special needs should be discussed two weeks prior to the event with the production coordinator or festival manager.
 The Vendor will be supplied with a site map and other information closer to the event on request
 Crowd attendance numbers are estimated and are not guaranteed
 Programming and crowd presence in the vendor display area is not guaranteed and is subjective to crowd participation however every effort will be made by the festival staff to divert crowd towards the vendors during, before and after various performances on various stages on site.
 If selling merchandise in Surrey at City Hall - The City of Surrey will charge 15% of revenue earned
