Adjacent Homeowner Notification
As a courtesy to adjacent homeowners to be affected by the proposals within this application, the applicant is asked to testify below to the status of neighbor consultation(s) as is customary with SRR ACC applications. Descriptions and/or plans of the proposed improvements related to those found within this application should be presented to all adjacent property owners.

Your request is deemed inadequate without the appropriate - and accurate - testimony acknowledging the neighbor having been given actual notice. If a neighbor's email is listed/known, a copy of the application may be forwarded to their address, for their records.

If an application is made and outstanding issues need to be resolved between the applicant, neighbors, and the ACC - the committee will work to resolve these concerns prior to application consideration. Note that in some instances, other homeowners who are not adjacent, but are otherwise significantly affected may be asked for their input.

APPLICANT TESTIMONY DOES NOT, AND WILL NOT INDICATE NEIGHBOR APPROVAL - responses solely indicate attempts to provide actual notice.
