Please note that this is not a psychotherapy processing group or a substitute for therapy. In this group we will focus on building somatic awareness, skills, and practices related to boundaries and connection. This group will meet Thursdays June 1- July 20 2:30-4pm PST / 5:30-7pm EST.  We ask participants to commit to attending all 8 sessions. Can you commit to attending all 8 sessions, health permitting?

The investment for Boundaries For Connection is $800 for all 8 sessions. There are limited sliding scale slots available for $600/ 8 sessions. As well, there are solidarity slots available for $1000/ 8 sessions-- which help to make the sliding scale possible. 

We hope this scale enables more equitable access to this course, and we also hold that this course provides information and experience which invites us to practice giving and receiving with money, as well. We encourage you to pay what you can.

You will be responsible for payment for all sessions even in the event that you miss a session.  Please confirm that you are ready to make this commitment, and please let us know here if you might require a payment plan.
