Jeanne Heath 2019 Application
The purpose of this annual scholarship is to provide further tuition financial assistance to our previous scholarship winners and to honor Jeanne Heath, a longtime member of the Dallas Alumnae Panhellenic Association (DAPA).

The scholarship amount is determined each year by the Scholarship Committee’s established annual budget. These funds will be paid directly to the university.

The eligibility requirements for application are listed below:
1. Collegian must be a prior recipient of a DAPA Scholarship AND be a full-time student enrolled for the 2019-2020 collegiate year at an accredited four-year university.
2. Initiated and in good standing in one of the 26 National Panhellenic Conference sororities.
3. Must exhibit strong leadership skills in sorority, campus, and community activities.

APPLICATION MUST INCLUDE:
1. Current college transcript
2. Resume (not to exceed 2 pages) of: Sorority Activities, Offices, Awards or Honors, Campus Activities, Offices, Awards or Honors, Community Activities, Offices, Awards or Honors and Description of Job/Work responsibilities, Wages earned
3. Letter of recommendation from the Chapter President
4. Letter of Recommendation from the Chapter Council Advisor
5. Signature and date beneath the statement of the applicant’s need

Applications must be submitted, March 31, 2019. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
