Dates & Times:
Saturday, 12/11 from 4-8PM (More of a family focus)
Friday, 12/17 from 4-8PM (More of an adult focus)
Vendor Fee: $0 (must provide your own tables and tents; those using tents must provide their own lighting)

Location: Winterfest at Kiener Plaza
Booth Space: 8' Table Inside Heated, Lighted Tent (10-12 available) OR 12x12' Outdoor Space OR curb space to park your food or retail truck
Tables & Tents: Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and lighting (LED only)
Electric Access: Limited
Lighting: The big lighted tent is lighted; Outdoor spaces are not.

Audience Information:
Families and adults seeking to purchase gifts for the holidays
This is an outdoor event and attendees are prepared to spend at least 2 hours outside
2,000-12,000 expected attendees; an update will be provided closer to event

Vendor Experience:
20 vendors will be selected
No more than 4 vendors can sell consumable food or beverage (no alcohol sales)
At least 16 vendors will sell gift-friendly items (packaged food and beverage items OK; no alcohol sales)
Up to 12 vendors will be placed at 8' tables inside the heated tent
Up to 4 vendors will be placed in 12x12' spaces outside within the main event
Up to 4 trucks (2 F&B, 2 Retail) will be placed along Market Street or 7th Street

Vendor Requirements:
Retail vendors must sell gift-friendly items.
Must be fully set up by 3:30pm - no exceptions!
May not break down early - breakdown will begin at 8pm both nights.
Must provide your own 10x10' or 12x12' tent, table(s), and chair(s).
Tents must be weighted with sandbag. They cannot be staked into the ground.
All lights brought need to be LED lights.
Greater electric needs will only be accommodated for a limited number of vendors; please detail your needs clearly once the form prompts you.
Must have proof of a business license to operate in the City of St. Louis by 12/7 if selected.
Must have proof of general liability insurance for at least $1MM by 12/7 if selected (this is affordable and there are many options online if you do not have it yet)
Electric space heaters are not allowed due to electrical use limitations. Any heaters you bring must be battery powered.
