I understand that you're interested in learning more about LoveYourBrain yoga! What is LYB yoga? LoveYourBrain Yoga is a six-week gentle yoga and meditation program designed to build community and foster resilience. Each class follows a similar structure: 10 minutes of breathing exercises to calm and focus the mind, 45 minutes of gentle yoga to improve strength and balance, 15 minutes of guided meditation, and 20 minutes of facilitated discussion based on empowering themes.
