Please read through the Tech Contract Parent Letter and the MPS Tech Contract

Please list the name of EACH child you have attending MPS. Signing off below will confirm that you and your child have read through and agree to the Manvel Public School Tech Contract. All K - 8 students are required to have a signed contract to use MPS devices.

You will also have the option to sign up for the DEVICE PROTECTION PLAN explained in the tech contract linked above ($25 student/$40 family maximum). A link to the school's MySchoolBucks account is below if you would like to pay online.
