As part of our overall security plan for the safety of all that participate in our school, we require a background check on all persons working in a volunteer capacity with our students. This includes, but is not limited to, our field trip supervisors, classroom helpers, and anyone else who comes in contact with our students. Please fill out all information on the form below.
