Background
Outreach for the SVGSP included the following:
1. Technical Advisory Committee meetings addressing the topics below
             a. Background on Sustainable Groundwater Management
             b. Discussions about Sustainability Indicators (describing local groundwater conditions)
             c.  Sustainable Management Criteria (monitoring local conditions)
             d. Minimum Thresholds (setting not-to-be-exceeded values for local groundwater conditions)
2. Technical information provided by presentations, summaries, and interactive online modeling tool
3. Public Workshops
           May 2021 - to present and discuss information on Sustainable Management Criteria
           May 2022 - to present the draft Groundwater Sustainability Plan
4. Ad hoc meetings on Projects & Management Actions and Groundwater-Dependent-Ecosystems
5. Briefings to the Groundwater Sustainability Agencies
    (Sierra Valley Groundwater Management District and Plumas County)
