Membership is valid for one year from application date
ID# will be issued at time of processing new applications & will remain with you for life
Renewal dues should be received within 30 days of anniversary
Each family member must complete a separate form (no family/group membership)
Rules
To become a member, each new applicant must:
1. Submit an application (one form for each individual)
2. Pay $25 (for each individual) at the time of application
3. Become a member of Horse Archery USA (for insurance coverage)
