If you are struggling with an issue pertaining to your club but feel that for whatever reason you cannot contact your GUSA club's dedicated Welfare Officer, this is a suitable option instead. Sometimes the hardest part of reaching out is taking the initial step, and we hope by filling out this form you will feel better for getting the difficult part out of the way.
There are different options you can select within the form. This is to help us separate out whether you need to vent, or whether there is an issue you want dealt with by us or your club. There are also contact options; you may want to be contacted about the issue or meet with someone to discuss it, or you might also just want to get it off your chest.
We understand how difficult it is to reach out. If you just want space to vent and select the 'I don't want to be contacted' option, we will not contact you. If, however, we have reason to believe that you or anyone else is in danger, we will have to contact you to support you.
For this reason, the email address is not an optional aspect of the form incase we do need to contact you. Other than that, we will not be looking at the email addresses attached to responses, making the form anonymous (in-effect).
