Our PACE OF PLAY PROGRAM is printed on the scorecard. LEAGUE SECRETARIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACE OF PLAY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE LEAGUES. All leagues are required to tee off within their allotted tee time. Each foursome must finish their round in a MAXIMUM 2 hours and 15 minutes.
All leagues must have a MINIMUM of 20 players throughout the league season. League secretaries will be financially responsible for the number of players agreed upon in the contract. League players must play and pay for a MINIMUM of 18 weeks. The 19th week will be complimentary for all players.
Half of the seasons greens fees must be paid on the first night of play and the remaining balance on the fourth night. League secretaries are responsible for collecting all money. payment must be in the form of cash, check, or Venmo (@GolfMulberry) from the league secretary to mulberry hills golf club. LEAGUE SECRETARIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR A COMPLETE LEAGUE ROSTER ON THE 1ST NIGHT OF PLAY. Roster shall include names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail of all league participants.
Michigan Liquor Control Commission requires any alcoholic beverages consumed on the premises to be purchased from the licensee. All food and beverages must be purchased from the clubhouse. NO COOLERS will be allowed. We do not make the law, but we must enforce it.
Power cart operators MUST have a valid driver’s license. Any damage to a golf cart or golf course will be the financial responsibility of the operator. All rented carts MUST be returned to the side of the clubhouse upon completion of play. Do not leave carts behind building or in parking lot area.
DAY PASSES are available. Pass holders are entitled to unlimited greens fees on the day of league play throughout the season except holidays. You must have a tee time to use the pass. Pass does not pertain to rentals of any sort or advanced tee times. Pass must be purchased through league secretaries. Pass expires at the end of the season.
Golf is an outdoor game. If the course is open and playable you will be expected to play. Rain, wind, and temperature does not constitute unsafe weather. If an entire week is cancelled, the league season will be extended by one week. League secretaries are expected to notify their participants if league is cancelled.
SUBSTITUTES: Memberships and Day Passes are non-transferable and do not cover greens fees of substitutes. Non- member greens fees are transferable and do cover substitutes greens fees. There will be NO MAKE-UP games.
All staff members including clubhouse personnel, cart attendants, starters and rangers are in place to make your experience more enjoyable. Please adhere and respect to all course employees. All league participants are required to respect the players around them and golf course property. Proper golf etiquette including placing trash in receptacles, replacing divots and fixing ball marks is expected.
All leagues, which comply weekly to policies including Pace of Play, will be eligible for a HOUSE CLOSEST TO THE PIN. Nightly winners will receive a free bucket of range balls, which must be redeemed before the end of the season. LEAGUE SECRETARIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADMINISTERING CONTEST.
