凡於2016年或之前訂購#45500 EV3 Intelligent Brick, #9841 NXT Intelligent Brick, #9581 WeDo USB Hub# & 45301 WeDo 2.0 Smart Hub的學校,隊伍可填妥以下表格,補領有關"保用及正貨認證標籤" ,並於2017年及其後合資格地參加「WRO」/「FIRST」比賽各個賽項。由2017年度開始,凡參加「WRO」/「FIRST」賽項的隊伍必須使用貼上"保用及正貨認證標籤"的LEGO MINDSTORMS Education NXT/EV3控制器,感應器及馬達的系列及使用數量則沒有嚴格限制。不同比賽項目的所建議使用的器材均有差別,詳情請瀏覽總則及相關項目細則。
保養條款
1. 所有於香港西覓亞有限公司(下稱「本公司」)購得之樂高教育系列電子產品,自「收貨日a」起可享有14天損壞更換保障。
2. 編號#45500 EV3 Intelligent Brick 及#45301 WeDo 2.0 Smart Hub之產品,自「購買日b」起可享有2年免費保修服務。
3. 客戶更換或維修器材時,必需提供購買時由本公司發出之相關發票或收據以作保養證明。
4. 如欲維修之產品保養服務期已過,本公司將可能收取維修費用。
5. 保修服務並不包括以下情況:
(a) 產品之任何部份有生銹、水漬、腐蝕、裂痕、灼燒、凹凸、及其他表面損壞。
(b) 人為意外、疏忽、輸入不適當的電壓、擅自修理或改裝所造成之損壞;不正確使用器材所引致之直接或間接損壞。
(c) 原裝「保用標籤c」被撕除、塗改或不完整。
(d) 客戶提供虛假保養訊息。(唯在本公司的判斷下如產品是屬可以維修的,公司將按情況可能對客戶就更換零件及配件進行報價,在客戶同意下進行收費的維修服務,更換後之損壞零件及配件均屬本公司所有。)
6. 經更換後之任何損壞零件,將歸本公司所有;本公司不會負責因維修時所致外殼花痕損壞。
7. 此維修保養服務只適用於香港及澳門地區。
8. 如產品或其零件已屬停產,或產品的損壞是無法維修,本公司有權不予維修。
9. 購買產品之發票/收據恕不補發,敬請妥善保管,並於要求修理時出示正本或副本予本公司查閱,方為有效。
10. 如有任何爭議,本公司擁有最終決定權。

(a) 收貨日以收貨人於發票/收據上簽署當日為準。
(b) 購買日以發票發出日期為準。

From 2017, All the #45500 EV3 Intelligent Brick及#45301 WeDo 2.0 Smart Hub used in「WRO」/「FIRST」must be affixed the "Warranty and Official label", no requested the label for sensor and motor。

Maintenance Terms
1. For all LEGO Education Electronic Products purchased through Semia Limited (hereinafter called Semia) will enjoy a 14-days (from the date of the delivery) exchange guarantee of the product, if the product fails to meet manufacturer’s standards.
2. Model number #45500 EV3 Intelligent Brick and #45301 WeDo 2.0 Smart Hub will enjoy a 2-year (from the issue date of the invoice) guarantee of repair services.
3. Customer must present the original invoice or receipt of the purchase for verification of the guarantee.
4. Semia remain the right to charge repairment fee if product is not within the guarantee period.
5. Free guarantee service will not be provided to the said equipment if:
(a) The surface of the equipment show signs of rusting, water stains, corrosion, burnt marks, cracks, dents or any damage on the surface.
(b) It has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident, unauthorized repair or modification, maintained or operated otherwise than in accordance with the instructions.
(c) Original “Warranty Label” has been torn, alternate or incomplete
(d) Customers providing false warranty information (In the situation where the product can be repaired, Semia will issue a quotation on the repairment. If the customer agrees to pay.)
6. All the replaced parts will become the property of Semia. Semia should not be held liable to any damage done to the surface of the product during repairment.
7. This warranty is only applicable in Hong Kong and Macau Area.
8. Semia remain the right to not offer any repairment to discontinued products or parts, or damage that cannot be repaired.
9. Invoices/receipts of purchases are not subject to replacement, and the original must be present to receive the guaranteed service.
10. In case of any dispute, Semia shall have the final decision.
