Tekko 2021 Pre-Registration Change Request Form

PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE STARTING THE FORM.

Tekko 2021, originally scheduled for July 22-25, 2021, has been postponed until December 9th-12th, 2021.

If you currently have already pre-registered for Tekko 2021, your pre-registration will automatically roll over to December. You do not need to fill out this form.

If you are unable to attend in December, you can instead request to have your pre-registration roll over to next Tekko, July 21-24th 2022 using this form.

If you would like to transfer your pre-registration to another individual, you can complete this action through our Self Service portal. Please visit this link to access the Self Service Portal: https://www.eventforge.io/auth/login?returnUrl=%2Fselfservice%2Fportal

Upon completion of this form, you will receive an email confirming your submission of a change request. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for processing time for our volunteer staff to complete all requests. You will receive a separate email from one of our staff members once your request has been processed. Any questions should be sent to registration@pittjcs.org.
