2026 Fall PCSA Soccer Registration
Please fill out the following information for proper registration. 
Registration is $70 per player. 
Each player must have a team t-shirt it is an additional $30 per shirt. Includes name and number on back with LOGO on front.
If you have a t-shirt from last season you do not have to order a new one.
Parents shirt to support your player can be purchased for $30 per shirt up to XL and $35 for larger than XL. Includes name and number with LOGO on front.
Shirts must be paid for before they can be ordered.
