Phi Kappa Psi [Formerly Theta Tau] Summer Housing 2026 Interest Form
We are now accepting applications for summer housing at our charming 5-story Brownstone mansion, located on the Charles River in Boston’s scenic Back Bay neighborhood. Situated at 526 Beacon Street, this central location offers tenants the perfect blend of urban vibrancy and picturesque surroundings. The property features spacious rooms, an industrial kitchen, car and bike parking, a newly renovated gym, and inviting common spaces equipped with TVs, a newly felted pool table, and a foosball table. Additional amenities include free laundry machines and individual AC units for your comfort. People of all genders are welcome to apply, and we look forward to providing you with a comfortable and convenient place to call home this summer.

Our rooming options and pricing for the whole summer per person are:

Triple $2600 

Double $3600

Single $5600

The above prices for the entire summer (~3months). Please let us know if you do not intend to stay for the all or most of the summer. Also note that due to the unconfirmed nature of the MIT academic calendar, move-in/move-out dates cannot be confirmed, but will be approximately June 1st-August 17th.

All rooms come with a bed, closet space, and a built-in AC/heating unit. Many of the rooms feature a panoramic view of the Charles River. In addition, tenants will have access to the following house amenities:

High-Speed Wireless and Wired Internet

Industrial Kitchen (plenty of fridge and pantry space)

Washer and Dryer (free)

Bathroom

Common Area with Pool Table, Foosball Table, and TVs

Bike/Scooter Storage
