Registration - Mindfulness Walk for World Mental Health Day
Please fill out this form if you wish to join for the Mindfulness Walk in support of World Mental Health Day. 

Hosted by the Days of Action, the Mindfulness Walk will take you on a route guided by Nandini, a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher and a Buddhist Chaplain at the University of Alberta.  

The walk will travel approx. 2.5 km across campus through the river valley, and end at Ace Coffee Roasters. Staying for the social portion at Ace is optional and participants are responsible for purchasing their own beverage.

Walk details:
October 12, 2023, 12pm-1pm
Meet at  HUB Mall Entrance 172 (facing Arts/Business Quad)

In case of bad weather, an indoor meditation will take place inside the Multi Faith Prayer and Meditation Space (HUB 176).
