We will be presenting the proposed 2024-2025 PTSA Event Calendar at our final Association meeting of the year, which will be held on Thursday, May 23rd, at 8am in the MPR. Meadows PTSA has a lot of fun events in the works for the 2023-2024 school year, but we can only host these events with plenty of help from our parent and community volunteers! Please sign up to help with any (or all!) of the events simply by entering your name and email address below, and selecting the events you are able to help with. Volunteering can mean anything from helping plan the event over email, to passing out popcorn at Movie Night, to representing a country at Multicultural Night, etc. In short, if you are interested in being involved with an event in any way, sign up!
The events have been grouped below according to whether they will take place during school hours or in the evenings/on weekends. Since a lot of the event planning happens over emails or zoom meetings, feel free to sign up to help even if you aren't sure if you'll be able to actually attend the event. Then you will be included on planning emails, and you will be able to give your input there. Thank you so much for helping to make this school year awesome for our kids!
