2018 Next Steps Exhibitor Application
Next Steps is first and foremost a learning and network building experience. Throughout the Institute, participants will have opportunities to interact with Exhibitors, but there is no time set aside exclusively for exhibition. Exhibitors may disseminate information, but are not permitted to engage in sales of products or services. For more information about Next Steps, please visit www.thenextstepsinstitute.org

Both non-profit and for-profit organizations can apply to be an exhibitor at two corresponding price points listed below. For maximum exposure, we recommend that you also submit to present a salon session (http://www.thenextstepsinstitute.org/presenters.html). This session may feature how your idea or service is used in the environment it is intended for, but the salon session may not be used as a sales event.

Showcase Exhibitor applications will be accepted up to 30 days prior to the event or until we have reached capacity. All applications must be submitted through this form. Once you have submitted this form, you will be contacted regarding the status of your application within two weeks. If approved, you will be sent a separate exhibitor registration link, and given 30 days to complete this registration. Your exhibitor fee includes access to all institute social events and meals for one individual. Additional individuals who are a part of your exhibitor team can register through with a separate registration form provided by request.

Agreement of Intent *

Agreement of Set-Up *
Displays should be set up between 6:00 am and 8:00 am Wednesday, October 10, 2018 and must stay in place until the close of program at 2:00 pm Friday, October 12, 2018.
Agreement of Equipment and Technology *
Exhibitors are responsible for their own equipment, materials, backdrops, table drapes, electric cords, etc. Exhibitors are also responsible for maintaining the security of their property and the safety of visitors to their exhibits. If you plan to ship materials directly to the conference center, you are responsible for making your own arrangements with the venue, including covering any necessary fees.
