YEG Youth Connect 2019: Service Provider Registration
Are you ready to help connect to 250+ youth in Edmonton who are currently at-risk of or currently experiencing homelessness? We're looking for dedicated service providers and employers who are willing to set up a table for the day and share information with these youth, ages 13-29, and support them in accessing services and employment that they need. All this will be taking place September 19, 2019 from 1pm - 4pm. Fill out the form below!

By registering, you are committing to a day of fun! Service providers and employers are required to be present and set-up by 12:45pm. Someone is required to be at the table for the entire afternoon (food is provided on site with vegetarian and vegan options. If you have other requirements, please let us know below in the special requirements). Tables are not allowed to dismantle until 4pm sharp (we have youth who attend the event later in the day, and want to give them the opportunity to check out all the services too!).

Please note: Registration will be followed up with confirmation for attendance. While we do our best to create space for all applications, space is limited and priority will be given to services youth have identified as being needed most. These are identified annually by our exit survey of youth from the previous years. Keep your eyes on your email!

All tables will be provided with two chairs and a table. If you require anything else, or have a dietary restriction we should know about, please let us know here
We offer youth a swag bag upon entry to the event. Is there something your organization would like to contribute to the bags?
Roughly 300 bags are prepared each year and are in small tote bags. Items typically donated include toiletries, coupons, socks, and other items.
