The Utah Leading through Effective, Actionable, and Dynamic (ULEAD) Education Promising Practice documents are intended to briefly summarize an intentional effort to improve student performance or outcomes. All Utah public education stakeholders are encouraged to identify and share innovative, effective, and/or efficient practices. Resulting reports are stored in a clearinghouse to promote promising practices throughout Utah. 

Practices should have at least one objective, measurable data point that can be verified. This may be bolstered with anecdotal data.
