I understand that the Breadbox Rescue Program is a small family run operation. They have limited space, staff, and resources. If I need to surrender my rabbit immediately, there are government funded options including Orange County Animal Shelter, APS Durham, and Wake County Animal Shelter. If I can wait a few weeks or months, there is a much better chance of Breadbox being able to help me rehome my pet.  *
