Justice For All Canada is reaching out to Imams and Khateebs across the country to participate in the National Rohingya Genocide Remembrance Khutbah Day on Friday, August 23rd. We ask you to join us in remembering and reflecting on the renewed injustices that Rohingya Muslims are facing in Myanmar-Burma.
Please sign up to receive Khutbah talking points provided to all who register.
Context: We must remind our jamaats of the ongoing devastation in the Rohingya communities, where recent attacks on Muslim-majority villages have killed hundreds, including women and children, leaving many others trapped in dangerous and inhumane conditions. It is vital that we do not forget the legacy of the Rohingya Genocide and the continuous oppression this community endures.
We invite you to join hundreds of Imams dedicating their Friday Khutbas on August 23rd to raising awareness about this critical issue.
Date: Friday, August 23rd Time: Jummah Khutbah (Friday Sermon/Lecture)
Script: A sample Khutbah with talking points will be provided upon registration.
