2018 Rendezvous Parade Application
Info and Rules:

-Parade applications are due by Wednesday July 11, 2018 at Noon
-Line up begins at 10:30am on Saturday, July 14, 2018 on S. Lincoln Ave. Parade to start at 11AM.
-Check in with parade volunteer upon arrival.
-If giving candy & promotional items to observers, items need to be handed out, not thrown.
-Floats must stay together to avoid large gaps in the procession. Avoid stopping.
-We intended to email participants the line up on or by Friday July 13, 2018.
-Parade entries are free but we welcome donations
-Participants must complete the full parade route: (right onto Pine St, east along Pine St, left onto Bridger Ave, north on Bridger past the residents of the Sublette Center to the school parking lots). From there parade participants may circle back on Hennick and/or Franklin streets to get back to Pine St.

By completing this form, the undersigned has read, understands and agrees to comply with rules described by the Sublette County Chamber of Commerce. In consideration of the acceptance of the application, the undersigned agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend against any action toward the Sublette County Chamber of Commerce, Sublette County and the Town of Pinedale from and against all liability whatsoever arising out of participation in the Green River Rendezvous Parade and/or related activities.
