While this current political landscape is tumultuous and is negatively affecting thousands of lives, our spirits will not be broken! Fanm Saj is grounded as we have always been in integrating safety and healing in our communities. Our commitment to this work is unwavering and even more critical at a time like this. 

Black Alliance for Just Immigration, Black Voters Matter, Collective Sistahood, Florida Student Power, Organic Transitions, Women with Broken Heals and others have been holding regular healing activations over the past few months, leading up to our Inaugural THE DIASPORA IS CALLING: WE GOT US Summit on May 23rd-24th, 2025 at our partner organization Miami Workers Center 745 NW 54th Street Miami, FL 33127. In the spirit of uniting the diaspora, we invite you to join us as we convene to create our own ecosystems of care, healing and practicing passing on ancestral wisdom and knowledge. 

The intention of this event is to further our Fanm Saj strategy of growing our Restorative justice Ecosystem grounded in the principles of Transformative Justice with the healing justice strategy to develop youth and adult allies to be leaders in their own communities, interrupt cycles of violence and provide tools for community building, healing, violence prevention and conflict resolution.
