Please use this form to nominate YOURSELF for program committees of SIGSOFT conferences and the review board of ACM TOSEM. Self-nominations encouraged! While we cannot select all qualified candidates, we will do our best to add new people.

Criteria:
1. PhD or similar research experience (or will have PhD by July 1, 2019)
2. at least two full research papers in the main technical tracks of ASE, ESEC/FSE, or ICSE or in top-tier journals (TOSEM, TSE, or EMSE)
3. at least two people who served on ASE, ESEC/FSE, or ICSE PC/PB/ERC and can confirm the high quality of your reviewing work --- you do NOT need to check with the supporters in advance; we want a lightweight process and will only check if needed

Your response will be shared with the organizers of ASE 2020, ESEC/FSE 2021, ICSE 2021 to help them assemble PCs and the Editors of TOSEM to compile an expert board. For future ASE, ESEC/FSE, and ICSE conferences, there will be separate forms.
