Poster Session Application

State of the Map US 2025 is in Boston, Massachusetts from June 19th to 21st! Join the largest gathering of the OpenStreetMap community within the United States and meet hundreds of fellow students, educators, professionals, volunteers, and open geo enthusiasts.

This year, State of the Map US will feature a poster session within our Open Education Track to showcase the diversity of research, cartography, personal projects, and data visualizations being done with OpenStreetMap. For most of the conference, posters will be unattended in a gallery within the main conference area. For one hour on Saturday, poster creators will be expected to stand next to their poster and answer any questions from attendees.

Before submitting your poster idea, please review the Guidelines. All submissions will be reviewed by the State of the Map US 2025 volunteer Program Committee.

This application closes on April 18th at 12:00pm EST! We will only be accepting 20 posters for the conference, so get that idea submitted!
