This contract helps keep confidential information safe.

Confidential information includes but is not limited to business information or planning, financial planning, computer code, financial information, related software, private or personally identifying information, and intellectual property.

By signing this contract;

1) You agree not to disclose any confidential information.

2) You agree not to disclose the substance of any conversations about
confidential information.

This agreement continues on. This agreement will remain in force even if you do not join the R/Paranormal Mod Team and remains in force after you leave the R/Paranormal Mod Team.

What is ours, stays ours. This agreement is not intended to give you a license or property interest in any intellectual property generated by the R/Paranormal Mod Team. We are very happy to have you help us! However, if things do not work out and there is a legal dispute, you agree that the laws of the State of California govern this Agreement to be filed in the County of San Diego. The R/Paranormal Mod Team may seek any remedy provided in law or equity for a breach or a threatened breach of the obligations written here. You agree that a threatened breach of this agreement would constitute irreparable harm to the R/Paranormal Mod Team.
