To begin services, a Service Fee is Required By The Group Leader/Host. This fee is due at the time of your submission of this form. We do not fulfill request without payment.
J. Luxury Travels, LLC agrees to follow up with the above named individual/client for a travel consultation within 7 days of receipt. If no response has been received by the client, J. Luxury Travels, LLC has the right to forfeit this agreement if the client has not responded to correspondences, if the client has not paid the Service fee. Service fees are non-refundable, non-transferable.
