RRCSD Parent/Guardian Permission for Field Trip
While you previously completed a General Authorization for your child to participate in field trips, the District requires parental permission for each individual trip. Please complete sections 1-7 below.

Field Trip Details: The RRMS Jazz Band and Chamber Choir will be taking their trip to Cedar Point for the Music in the Parks performance event on May 11th, 2024. Students will leave RRMS at 6:15AM, to visit Perkins High School/Middle School at 3714 Campbell Street, Sandusky, OH 44870 to perform, and then will finish the trip to Cedar Point at 1 Cedar Point Drive, Sandusky, OH 44870. Students will return to RRMS by about 9:30pm. Students must return on the school bus unless special arrangements have been made prior to the trip. A regular ticket for this trip is $74.00. If any financial assistance is needed, please reach out to the directors or any RRMS administration.  Other information about pricing and the schedule for the day is included in the Jazz Band Cedar Point Letter and Chamber Choir Cedar Point Letter.
