2025-2026 CTAHPERD Member Involvement Survey

We are excited to introduce three new divisions within CTAHPERD, designed to enhance member engagement, support professional interests, and provide flexible volunteer opportunities. Whether you want to contribute regularly or on an micro/ad hoc basis, this divisions structure is designed to allow you to get involved in ways that fit your passion and your schedule. You are making no commitments here! 


Beginning in June 2025 CTAHPERD will organize it's work around the following divisions.

A. The Member Services Division 

The Member Services Division plans, organizes, and facilitates programs/events, awards, and services that align with CTAHPERD’s mission and supports the needs of our members.

Section 1. Positions on the Member Services Division will include:

Chairperson for Member Services

Awards/Scholarship/Grants Coordinator 

Fundraising Coordinator

Bulletin Coordinator

Equity, Diversity and Inclusiveness Advisor

Advocacy Coordinator

Higher Education Liaison

Past Presidents Coordinator

Networking Coordinator Through Social Media

Other Interested Members


B. The Student Advisory Division 

The student Advisory Division supports student involvement in CTAHPERD. The division organizes events and programs for future professionals and creates opportunities for them to grow in the profession.

Section 1. Members of the Student Advisory Division will include:

Chair - Chairperson for Student Leadership Division

Student Representatives 

Other Interested Members


C. The Professional Development Division

The Professional Development Division supports the professional growth and advancement of our members by organizing sessions for the fall conference and through other opportunities, in a variety of areas, and to keep members up to date with pertinent information. 

Section 1. Members of the Professional Development Committee will include:

Adapted PE Advisor

Dance Advisor

Health Education Advisor

Health.Moves.Minds Coordinator
