Pet Partners International Team Evaluator Application (ISAZ/Sydney)
Thank you for your interest in becoming an International Pet Partners Team Evaluator.

Becoming an international team evaluator involves acceptance of this application form, followed by an online course of study and an in-person training/test. The mostly self-guided online course of study will require approximately 20 hours of your time. The in-person component is an all-day event. We understand this is not the most detailed information but we opted to make the application available immediately to ISAZ members/affiliates, since application is the first step; an application does not bind you to attend, it is simply a place to show interest and availability. Then, those individuals accepted will receive a more complete itinerary about 2 months prior to the event. NOTE: we will NOT conflict with any ISAZ sessions. The event will occur either the day before or day after the conference in Sydney.

Evaluator training and and assessment - which includes the Handler Course, Infection Prevention and Control Course, a Canine Body Language Course, and a Team Evaluator Course of Study - normally costs $295USD. Grant funding allows us to offer the entirety of the curriculum to ISAZ members/affiliates for $150USD.

This application must be completed by 25 April 2018 for priority consideration.

This event is a training, but it is also an assessment. Passing the team evaluator practicum is not a guarantee, although we do our very best with international candidates to prepare you and assist you in moving through the protocols correctly.

NOTE: A resume/CV is not required for application. However, you are welcome to submit one via email to Jesse Haas at jesseh@petpartners.org with your name in the subject line.
