NCSITE Mentoring Program - Protégé Application

Please note that completion of the NCSITE Mentoring Program Protégé Application signifies that you are committed to receiving constructive feedback, making changes and, through this program, becoming recognized as a Highly Effective Leader.

Please note that the NCSITE Mentoring Program is highly competitive and there are a very limited number of slots available at this time. To keep the quality of the program high, we must limit the number of protégés to the available mentors that can be paired up individually. If you are not chosen for this current program year, we hope you will resubmit an updated application the following program year for reconsideration.

    Supervisor Approval of Participation

Protégés in the NCSITE Mentoring Program are responsible for actively participating in three multi-hour group meetings, held during normal business hours, as follows: - The first group meeting will be a half-day long kick-off meeting in a central location. - The second group meeting will be a 2-3 hour meeting likely scheduled on a regional basis. - The third meeting will be an end-of-program meeting and may be held either centrally or regionally. Protégés are also responsible for meeting with their mentors on three separate occasions during the course of the NCSITE Mentoring Program. The scheduling of these meetings shall be determined by the protégé. As an applicant, you are required to notify your supervisor of these time commitments and receive approval from your supervisor to participate.
