Home is Where the HeART Is Donor Artist Form
Dear Prospective Donor Artist:

We have EXCITING NEWS! Connections of Cumberland County is planning its Third Annual Art Auction event, Home Is Where the HeART Is. It will be held at Studio 215 on Thursday 9/26/2019. We have an amazing collective of giving artists in our community! We would like to invite you to share your HeART with us by donating original art pieces of any medium to raise funds to help homeless children succeed!

Why donate and exhibit your talent at our exciting evening of art appreciation packed with SILENT and LIVE auctions?
• Help Improve Lives: Your donation will help us assist children who come to our Day Resource Center with their single mothers seeking safe housing or prevention of imminent homelessness. Our Case Management Team will surround the family with supportive services to IMPROVE LIVES and prevent further incidences of homelessness.
• Visibility and Recognition: Your art will be featured in various social media efforts and potentially be displayed at pre-show pop-up events in downtown Fayetteville and beyond!

Connections of Cumberland County operates the only “walk-in” Day Resource Center with comprehensive case management designed to serve women and children who are homeless or facing homelessness. In order to prevent unnecessary duplication of services, we collaborate with all community resources possible to empower these women and children to become self-reliant.

Our impact numbers indicate that we are truly making a positive difference. Since we opened our doors in July 2014, we have assisted a total of 1,143 women and 1,480 children (as of May 10, 2019). That is 2,623 Lives Improved!

We would greatly appreciate your commitment TODAY. Please complete the attached Art Donation form. Early art donations will enable us to highlight pieces on our Facebook page and in media releases to generate print and broadcast media attention. Connections must receive all donated art with completed donation form by Wednesday, 9/11/2019 in order to process each creative piece for our exciting event. If you have further questions, please contact Lucy Jones, Board member @ 910-977-2809 or email lhjones20@gmail.com. You can also contact Crystal Bennett, Executive Director @ 910-630-0106 or email crystal.bennett@ connectionsofcc.org.

Thanks so much from the Second Annual Art Auction Committee!
